Bohemian Rhapsody is a movie that depicts the story of Queen and their lead singer, Freddie Mercury. The movie starts with the very beginning, including how Freddie worked at an airport before he even met the band members that would later become Queen and then how he was able to convince them to let him join the band after one of their members quit. Bohemian Rhapsody proves to be an entertaining story that showcases that the life as a rockstar isn’t all that it’s made out to be. The beginning of the movie brilliantly introduces audiences to the seemingly simple Freddie, who wasn’t even really named that at the time. However, the middle of the movie does have a few parts that seem to be a little too slow for some.
Bohemian Rhapsody manages to have some great music in it with most of it being some of Queen’s most famous songs. Because the movie’s title is that of a song, it is only fitting that the movie has great music as well. However, the music is elevated to the next level when audiences are introduced to some of the influences on some of the songs and the effects that they have on the band’s life. Bohemian Rhapsody has a talented cast that is able to transform into their roles spectacularly. Although the entire band has amazing actors, the real star is Rami Malek, who plays Freddie Mercury, the real star of the movie. Rami is truly able to transform into the flamboyant, extravagant character and is able to bring a level of emotion to the movie that is necessary to demonstrate the character’s honest feelings. Although viewers seem to fall in love with Bohemian Rhapsody, critics had some strange opinions of the movie.
However, IMDb gave the movie an outstanding 8. 10, which is so much better than it seems and truly is a mark to be proud of. But the real star is fans’ opinions. Google users liked the movie, which is nothing short of shear greatness. Bohemian Rhapsody is an entertaining movie that is able to really change people’s perceptions of the music industry and the band Queen and will absolutely surpass any and all previous expectations. This movie, like Freddie Mercury, is a star. Tell you what it is, Mr.

It would be difficult to find somebody who has not heard the music of Queen. The legendary band pushed the envelope of music by exploring new mixtures of sounds and vocal ranges they proudly boasted did not incorporate synthesizers. Queen began their royal reign of music in 1971, and their career took off on an explosive ride that nobody could have predicted, except for the four members of the band who were optimistic about the need for their style of music. The movie title is taken from their six-minute musical arrangement that was released as a single in 1975, a song that was too long to be played on the radio and yet found its way to the airways nonetheless. The song not only captures their originality but their diversity in musical arrangement and sound. It was truly like nothing that had ever been heard before. They are so close in resemblance that, at first glance, it is almost indistinguishable as to who is the actual band member and who is the actor.
Rami Malek, who played the legendary lead singer, not only nailed the look but his mannerisms and voice, down to the iconic large front teeth. Aside from the period dress and perfect casting, there is the story itself. You see everything from their rise to international recognition, to the fall of their empire. A connection to Freddie is slowly built throughout the movie, creating new understanding of many of the songs he wrote as well as realizing how alone he must have felt during the darker times in his life. Initially, the music and journey is center-stage while a personal connection is formed with the band and its lead singer. Though Freddie’s life was a bit crazy at that time, the movie does not depict him in a negative light, but instead portrays the trials and tribulations as being an influence on the music.
